**1:1 Coaching Program**
* I am offering an exclusive opportunity for limited openings to my 1:1 coaching program, where we will have weekly 1 hour sessions via Zoom/Skype, or on the phone. You will have access to me via one choice of FB messenger, Voxer APP, IG Direct Messenger, or Email for support. This is an intimate and more exclusive way for us to work on everything that is holding you back from being the true and AUTHENTIC version of yourself!
****My exclusive 1:1 coaching has options for length or choice of sessions, depending on what we feel will be the best fit for you.****
*Choices including:
* One-off sessions to help support you during specific times, and to help you get back on track or work through situations that you may need extra support in.
* 1 month, 3 month and 6 month sessions (1 session per week-with options to continue), coaching programs.
We will work on things like:
* Finding out what your passions and wants are out of life, and creating goals for you to achieve those things
* Look at what is holding you back and stuck in a world that feels hard to live in at times
* See what limiting beliefs you have about yourself and the ways to change them. By working through your root causes and pain that has prevented you from health and happiness
* Work on healing past wounds from your childhood, your family relationships and how these have impacted your life
* We will uncover your beliefs about your self-worth, past shame and guilt you may hold inside, and discovering who you are under all the layers that have kept
you hidden from the world
* We will explore the behaviors and patterns of your relationship with food and
your body, and work on what is under this need to continue destructive and self sabotaging actions
* Working on changing the way a lot of us are "people pleasers" and afraid to
speak our truth; which prevents any positive forward movement in life
*Looking at how anxiety plays into your life and how this fear-based reality
you live in, no longer has to be a part of it
* We will begin to work on acceptance of your body, meditations and using
tangible tools, to deconstruct these beliefs about your body or how you may tie your weight to your worth
* Going into past wounds such as trauma and how childhood pain affects
you now as an adult. Beginning to work through these situations, is a game
changer in all of this work!
* Accepting that to finally be authentically YOU, you must "Feel To Heal" and that all emotions have a place and purpose in life
* Understanding how trauma impacts you and working through those things can be a game changer in releasing pain, guilt, shame and taking back anything that was taken from you
* Plus, doing guided meditations with you (as well as giving you some to do on your own), tool worksheets to work through the road blocks keeping you stuck, helpful videos and SO much more!
** I understand how feeling stuck and in a place where you do not want to be is frustrating (to say the least). My eating disorder took way too many years of my life, but I know for sure that it does not have to be that way for anyone! You can be free from all that it encompasses.
